How Much Will I Earn?

We offer a very competitive 40% Net Revenue share, which is one of the most competitive in the market – on top of this, we offer no negative carry over.

Your earnings will change from month to month, with various factors coming into play. Quality of traffic, conversion rate, wagering amounts and of course, the reason all of our players play – winnings. We provide a suite of highly analytical reports in order to support your campaign optimisation.

How Do I Join?

By filling in our simple sign up form, it only takes a few moments. Click Sign Up and get started. We’ll then review your application, and one of our expert affiliate team will be in touch – usually within 24 hours.

How Does It Work?

Each of our affiliate partners is assigned a unique Affiliate ID. Our state of the art affiliate platform tracks every user you refer (through your tracking link). Selecting a specific landing page, or banner from the platform is key to optimising conversion. All of the banners and landing pages you select from our platform will have your affiliate ID built into to code, to ensure your referrals are tracked.

I Live Outside the UK. Can I Join?

Of course, affiliates from all over the globe are welcome.  Please do however check with our affiliate team, to see which Geos we accept players from.

Why Would I Not Be Accepted As A Volt Casino Affiliate?

Applications to join the most electrifying affiliate program in the world, are reviewed on a case by case basis. Upon review, we may decide to reject an application if we deem that the affiliate site or chosen method of promotion isn’t suitable for our program.

If we deem certain content portrays our brand in a negative live, your application will be rejected. We will try and provide feedback on our decision where applicable.

Should your website not be live yet, your application will not be accepted. If your site is in development, please contact us by email support@voltcasino.com , providing us with further information about your website.

How Do I Get Banners / Links For My Website?

Volt Affiliate provides a wide selection of creatives, from text links to banners – all of which track your referrals. By logging into your affiliate account, you can obtain all of this from the “Marketing” drop-down. Under the “Marketing” drop-down, you will see the media gallery where you can choose from a  variety of banner sizes and “direct links” which are text links.

Can I Use The Volt Casino Logo On My Website?

Logos can be found in your affiliate account under the “Logos” filter. Should you require a different size, please contact support@voltcasino.com or your affiliate manager. Please ensure that you do not alter our logo from outside our brand guidelines, We reserve the right to remove our logo from any site, should we deem it necessary to protect our brand.

What Advertising Am I Allowed To Do On Behalf Of Volt Casino?

Volt Casino should be informed of all websites and traffic sources being used to promote our brand. Please ensure all of this information is on your application, and by creating new campaigns in the affiliate platform for yourselves and us to review.

Before “going live” with any of the following, please ensure you have discussed with and have written permission from your affiliate manager: Solus Email, Pop-Ups, Pop-Unders and SMS.

We do not permiss ANY affiliate to create mobile apps that present themselves as Volt Casino. If any activity of this nature is discovered, your account will be SUSPENDED pending investigation and all payments withheld.

PPC Brand bidding is not permitted. Bidding on any Volt Casino branded PPC term or any derivation is prohibited.

I Have More Than One Website. Do I have to List All of My Website / traffic sources?

Yes. For compliance and monitoring reasons, please list all sites and sources on your application. New campaigns must be created for each website in which you wish to promote our brand.

How do I use campaign groups?

Campaigns can be created through the “Marketing” tab then “Manage campaigns” in the bottom left corner.

New campaigns must be created for each of your sites.

Campaigns are additional parameters that can be configured in the affiliate platform to append to the tracking link – enabling you to track (as well as report on) different fragments of media. You can connect campaign groups to related campaigns. Having this functionality allows you to report on connected campaigns by a group.

To create a campaign group:
1. Create a campaign group label (e.g. affiliatesite.com)
2. Insert the campaign group description, for future reference (e.g. affiliatesite.com)
3. Click on create

To create a campaign:
1. Create a unique campaign number between 1 and 65535 for your campaign.
2. Insert the campaign description, for future reference
3. Add spend, if you have allocated budget for the campaign.
4. Select a campaign group, if your campaign will sit within a tracked campaign group
5. Click “create”

Existing campaigns can be assigned to a campaign group. By selecting a campaign from the drop-down under existing campaigns, you can select “assign to group”.

How can I track performance?

Under the performance panel, we have an interactive graph. Shown here are impressions, hits, first deposit count, carried balance and income for the current month. Reports disclosing further detail are available under the “reports” tab, you are also able to select specific parameters to analyse.

Various “default reports” are available in the ‘Reports’ tab with varying degrees of detail. Customer reports and traffic reports are 2 examples. Specific periods or dates can be selected, as well as the ability to select different columns of data, so you only see what you need.

Should there be a report you require that isn’t available, please discuss with your affiliate manager.

How can I see how much I’ve earned?

Commission earned will be displayed on the interactive graph when you first login. This will be for the current month only. Another graph will be shown with earnings for the past 90 days.

Commission for the relevant period is also displayed on the login panel at the top right of your screen This is visible on every page in Volt Affiliates.

What happens if my affiliate account shows negative net earnings?

We are pleased to offer No Negative Carry Over. So, at the end of each month, your net revenue is reset to zero, and you can being to earn commission the following month.

I’ve Forgotten my Username and/or password

Should you forget your login details, you can select “forgotten username or password” from the login page. You will be taken to a new page where you can retrieve either of these details. Following this, an email will be sent to you with instructions to follow.

I’m getting too many emails, how do I unsubscribe?

Unsubscribe from emails can be selected from the bottom right of the login page, before you login to your affiliate account. You will need to confirm you username and email address in order to do so.

 

Why is my account blocked?

Should your account be blocked and you have not heard from us as to why, please contact your affiliate manager as this may be an error.

How can I update my account details?

Account details can be updated from the “Account” tab by selecting edit details. Please then update your details in the form and click “update”.

How Long Is The Volt Casino Cookie Duration?

For full details of Volt Casino’s cookie duration, please refer to the attribution policy section of the Terms & Conditions for the most up to date attribution policy.

As of 11th July 2018, our policy for attribution is as follows:

Customers of Volt Casino are assigned to its various marketing channels, on a last click basis. Affiliate marketing also falls into this category.  Customers will be assigned to the affiliate or marketing channel through whose relevant link the customer has most recently clicked on – prior to registering an account with Volt Casino, as long as the user registers within 30 days of clicks said link. Marketing/Affiliate IDs will be stored for 30 days unless overwritten by another marketing/affiliate tracker.

Getting Paid

How Do I Get Paid?

Volt Casino uses a self-billing system to pay our affiliates. Or simply put, we do the work for you. An invoice is raised on your behalf following us sending you a statement showing your earnings. Your payment will then be automatically sent, as long as you have met the criteria. Should you have any questions, please emailsupport@voltcasino.com. Currently, we only pay affiliates via bank transfer and paypal and do not pay using any e-wallets.

How Often Do I Get Paid?

At the end of each month, if your earnings are above €100, your payment will be processed and received by 30th of the following month ( as long as all other requirements listed in our T’s & C’s are met). Earnings are rolled over – meaning that if you do not reach the €100 threshold, the amount you earnt will be carried over each month until you reach this amount and the total balance then paid.

Is There A Minimum Commission Threshold?

The minimum commission threshold is €100. Should your earnings be below this threshold, they will be rolled over each month until the minimum threshold is met. We may also require Anti Money Laundering checks to be carried out If such checks need to be actioned, payments will be put on hold until checks are complete.

Why Do I need To Undergo KYC Checks?

Volt Casino takes its Anti Money Laundering responsibility very seriously, thus meaning affiliates may be required to undergo checks to comply with regulations.

Do I Receive Lifetime revenue share?

Revenue share is paid for the life of your affiliate account, not the life of the customer. As per our T’s & C’s Volt Casino has the right to terminate the membership of its affiliate program, should T’s & C’s be breached by an affiliate or if promotion of Volt Casino is terminated.

Do I need to send you an invoice to be paid?

How do I change my bank account details for payments?

By simply logging into the affiliate platform, going to the “Finances” tab and select ‘Payment instructions’. Once you have filled in the correct details, “select update”.
